There are times in our lives when we feel that everything has become too much and that our situation is not one that we want to share with those close to us. At these times it is useful to be able to share our thoughts and feelings in order to gain some perspective on them.
I am a qualified person-centred counsellor with a private practice based in Brighton. As a person-centred counsellor I believe that we all have within ourselves a capacity for self-healing and personal growth. My goal is to establish a relationship of trust within which the client can begin to access and explore the difficult feelings that exist. My way of working is to be the type of companion who can relate to her client in a way that he or she can begin to access their own wisdom and recover a sense of self-direction and an improved sense of well-being.
